Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after preparation has started.

For dine-in services, no refunds will be provided once the order is served.

All content including our name, logo, menu designs are owned by Atithi Resto Bar.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in courts in Bangalore and Karnataka.
